ノンアルコール飲料の新たな魅力を探求する「ミトサヤとキャンパニーのノンアル勉強会」。
ノンアルコールスピリッツをテーマにした第一回に続き、第2回はプラントベースミルクをテーマに開催します。
当日は、オーガニックフルーツ・ナッツの輸入を行う AMBESSA & COの協力により、ココナッツ、ピスタチオ、パインナッツ、オーツ、ひまわりの種など、10種以上のナッツを用意。
本邦初公開のプラントベースミルク製造機 GROWUP を使用し、その場でフレッシュなミルクを作りテイスティングを行います。
また、蔵前のロースタリー Coffee Wrightsとのコラボレーションにより、ナッツミルクを活用したコーヒーやカクテルの新提案もお楽しみいただけます。
環境に優しいだけでなく、新しい味わいとしても注目を集めるプラントベースミルクの多様な可能性について、共に学び、語り合いましょう。

The second session will be held on the theme of plant-based milk.
More than 10 kinds of nuts, including coconut, pistachio, pine nut, oats, and sunflower seed, will be prepared on the day with the cooperation of AMBESSA & CO, an importer of organic fruits and nuts.
Using the GROWUP plant-based milk making machine, the first of its kind in Japan, fresh milk will be made on site for tasting.
In collaboration with Coffee Wrights, a roastery in Kuramae, visitors will also enjoy new coffee and cocktail proposals utilizing nut milk.
Let's learn and discuss together the various possibilities of plant-based milk, which is not only environmentally friendly but also attracting attention as a new flavor.
